Joss can be described as the quintessential guy next door but his business acumen speaks for itself. His vast experience also includes being self-employed in the manufacturing industry for 30 years. In 1991, he sold his business but instead of retiring wanted to continue to work in a career that would give him autonomy and flexibility. Time management and setting his own goals were important to him. A career in real estate was the perfect choice and in 1992 Joss acquired his Real Estate License. Throughout the years his insight of market trends and value assessment has become acute and at every point of a transaction Joss delivers with effortless ease. Proficient in residential, acreage, investment and commerical real estate his experience speaks for itself.
Denise's skills are a result of a myriad of experiences. She was Vice President of a national franchise and real estate Development Group and founded the Juice Fare Group of Companies; a retail based juice and smoothie bar. Her responsibilities included the development of corporate and franchise owned units where she developed, marketed and secured prime commercial real estate within the Canadian marketplace. In 2003 Denise received her Real Estate License and was recognized as "Rookie of the Year", a testament of her abilites. Young, savy and ambitious; Denise has found creative ways to combine a personal touch with technology.
Joss and Denise are both fluent in English and French and are happy to help you out in either language.
As a daughter, Denise has always admired her Dad's work ethic so it was indeed an easy "fit" for them to work as a Team when Denise decided to continue to work in the real estate field.
